Hear From Our TIC Mentoring Programme Alumni

Many graduates are finding their feet in the working world and often have plenty of questions as they adjust to large, established workplaces. The mentor programme connects them with someone who has been there before and can offer relevant guidance and support.

Tom Whitehead, Mentor

It is just a great opportunity to have someone to discuss things that you might not ordinarily talk about. It is good to be able to confide in someone and get some opinions from people who may have been in the same boat before.

Shaun Watt, Mentee

Mentoring earlier career engineers and scientists in our industry is highly rewarding. You get to support, encourage, and inspire the next generation of leaders in our industry. You also learn from them in return and get a different perspective on the work we do. We both benefit.

Doug Johnson, Mentor
