WIN Otago/Southland invite you to join us for a site visit to Tahuna Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Come and discover how wastewater is treated in the Dunedin district, and how sludge is reduced, handled and disposed of in this tour of Otago/Southland's largest wastewater plant which treats 30,417,960 litres of wastewater per day. We will also be joined by industry experts Chelsea McGaw, John McAndrew and Kirsten Norquay who will share their insights into wastewater treatment and management.
All attendees must wear closed toe, sturdy shoes. It can be cold through the plant and the tour will involve going outside so a jacket or warm jersey is advised. Hi-visibility vests and hard hats will be provided for the tour.
Spaces are limited. Please register by Monday, 26 April 2021.
