WIN Queenstown and WIN Otago/Southland are joining forces to warmly invite you to the highly anticipated Tour of Clyde Dam.
The Clyde Dam on Lake Dunstan is the largest concrete gravity dam in New Zealand, consisting of one million metres of concrete. The Dam is owned and operated by the team at Contact Energy, who will be on hand on the day to talk us through the activity that has taken place at the site since it opened in 1992. Prior to the tour we will be gathering for lunch at Paulina's Restaurant, Clyde, where Nicole Fleming (Network Access Planner, Aurora Energy) and Graeme Johnson (Energy Quality and Compliance Manager, Aurora Energy) will provide an overview of the electricity industry from start to finish.
