The Government is looking to improve housing affordability through enabling responsive supply of local government infrastructure - including appropriate cost allocation and access to financial capital. The Infrastructure Funding and Financing (IFF) Bill introduced to Parliament in December 2019 could have significant implications for developers, contractors, financiers and others involved in housing developments and infrastructure provision.
Infrastructure New Zealand, in conjunction with the Department of Internal Affairs, invites you to a workshop on the IFF Bill to develop your understanding of the legislation and the infrastructure levy model before Select Committee submissions close on the 5th March 2020. Kindly hosted by Simpson Grierson, this workshop is strictly invitation only.
Spaces are limited. Please register below by Monday, 10 February 2020.
