The WIN Wellington Chapter invites you to a panel discussion with three women who are demonstrating valuable leadership in diversity and inclusiveness.

Global Women and Sonia Breeze, a Deloitte Partner, collaborated to create the Inclusive Workplace Cultures Report 2018. The research, led by Deloitte, generated some surprising results and made suggestions of what leaders and employees can do to make their workplaces more inclusive.

Sonia will present the report’s findings, followed by a panel discussion on the topic, drawing out what these leaders are observing in movements in workplace inclusiveness. We will also explore future challenges and opportunities they see for this initiative.
