Get your body and mind ready for the next WIN event to be held at WSP Opus. The WIN Waikato chapter are pleased to welcome you along to our June mindfulness event. We want to help men and women to remember how to slow down and reflect during your busy lifestyles. Come along to WSP Opus for some breakfast and early morning yoga on the roof (weather permitting). It will be beginner friendly yoga and a great opportunity to move your body in a healthy and calming way.  If yoga isn’t your thing, don’t worry, there will be breakfast, networking and a special guest speaker as well!

The morning will run according to the below, with introductions and guest speaker starting from 7.20am. Please bring a yoga matt if you or someone you know has one, otherwise a small number will be provided. There are 3x showers on site if you wish to freshen up afterwards, however we expect the session to be more relaxing than strenuous.

7:00am - Networking and breakfast

7:20am - Introductions

7:30am - Guest Speaker

7:45am - Yoga (beginner friendly)

8:15am - Wrap up and start your day!
