The Auckland Chapter of WIN, in partnership with Beca, Engineering New Zealand and McConnell Dowell, are delighted to invite you to our breakfast event, focussing on inclusive language and practical advice to combat unconscious bias in the infrastructure industry. We are honoured to present a panel of four speakers this month.

  • Rachel Hopkins, Chief Executive, Diversity Works New Zealand
  • Darryl-Lee Wendelborn, Managing Director, Beca
  • Claire Stewart, General Manager-People and Transformation, Fletcher Construction
  • Jason Glennon, Chief People Officer, Watercare

This will be an excellent opportunity to network with others in the industry, and discuss and practice some inclusive language tools over breakfast. You are encouraged to bring your manager along to what is sure to be an exciting event. All genders are welcome and encouraged to attend. Space is limited; all attendees must register.
