Is the RMA working for the environment?

  • 28 Sep 2016
  • 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Chapman Tripp, Level 34, 23 Albert Street, Auckland

The Resource Management Act (RMA) has jurisdiction over many of the impacts of human activities on New Zealand's ecosystems, landscapes and wildlife.

But is the Act working for the environment? To answer this question, NZCID, the EMA and the Property Council commissioned the Environmental Defence Society to evaluate the environmental outcomes of New Zealand's resource management system.

We are delighted to present the results of the study, and discuss the outcomes.

This event is strictly by invitation only.
